The RMS approach
We are not a 200-seat MSP that treats construction as a side vertical between law firms and dental practices. River Mountain Systems is founder-led, based in Vancouver, WA, and built around how construction work actually flows: office, field, accounting, and ownership all pulling on the same schedule.
What that means in practice:
- One number, one person who owns the relationship. When something breaks on a Tuesday at 4:30 p.m., you are not opening a ticket and waiting for a Tier-1 in another time zone to read your description. You are calling Justin or the engineer Justin assigned to your account. Same-day response during business hours, MonβFri 8aβ6p PT.
- Fixed monthly cost. No surprise invoices. $99 per user per month, 10-user minimum. Project work is fixed-scope and fixed-price after a paid 30-day discovery pilot. You will know the number before we start.
- Field-aware, not just office-aware. We design for foremen on tablets, superintendents in trucks, and crews working in concrete-walled basements where Wi-Fi does not reach. Office IT firms often miss this entirely.
- Plain English. If we cannot explain a recommendation to your CFO and your senior super in the same meeting, we do not propose it. No marketing-speak, no acronym soup.
Our typical engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call β phone or in person at your office in Vancouver, WA. From there, if it is a fit, we propose a 30-day paid pilot at fixed scope so both sides can confirm we work together well before signing a longer agreement.
